IT Systems Developer required by award winning legal sector organisation based in Bristol. You will work as part of a Project Team in order to design, develop, test and release new processes on our Business Process Platforms.
*Work with Stakeholders from across the Business in order to design, develop, test and release amendments to existing process/applications on our Business Process Platforms.
*Work closely with our internal clients to analyse Business Requirements to enable the development of new and existing Business Processes, in order to increase efficiency.
*Review and as appropriate update applications built within our Business Process Platforms to ensure efficiency, quality, security and adherence to internal standards.
*Ensure new and existing Business Processes are documented to our high internal standards and handed over to relevant support teams.
*Develop and maintain reports and management information for both internal and external clients throughout our various platforms.
*As required, work with external software developers supporting, developing and testing system/applications which are owned by the IT Development Team but fall outside the Business Process Platforms
Knowledge, skills and experience
The ideal candidate:
*Practical experience in the development and amendment of T-SQL queries
*Experience or practical knowledge of Workflow and Business Process applications
*Analytical and methodical approach to working
*Experience working on projects and being an active member of a project team
*Driven and proactive
Experience of the following would be an advantage:
*Experience or practical knowledge of K2
*Experience or practical knowledge of Solcase and/or Visualfiles
*Experience or practical knowledge of Lawsoft and/or Envision
*Experience or practical knowledge of Qlikview
*Experience or practical knowledge of Automated Testing
*Experience or practical knowledge of CSS and HTML
*A knowledge of C#
*Experience working on an Agile team
This fantastic opportunity comes with a starting salary of £30,000-34,000 p/a and benefits such as 25 days holiday (which will increase to 30 days based upon length of service), pension, cycle to work scheme and private medical insurance to name a few.
