PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
We are looking for Service Desk professionals to join our team for an immediate deployment to one of prestigious client sites based in Bristol.
The successful candidates will have at least 9 months experience working within a corporate Service Desk environment, performing duties across both 1st and 2nd line disciplines.
We are looking for professionals who are driven and ambitious and are keen to work their way up the latter and develop themselves within one of the Uks most prestigious Service Providers.
1. Min. 9 months experience in a 1st/2nd line position
2. Corporate experience
3. Experience in supporting an organisation during projects
4. Lives in close proximity to Bristol
5 W7, O365 and W10 experience important
6. Active directory experience
7. Call management system experience
8. Quick learner
10. Happy to go through relevant back checks
This position is within the defined scope of Plan-Net's Information Security Management System (ISMS). The post holder is responsible for being at all times compliant with Plan-Net's Information Security Policy and all other policies, processes and documentation which relates to information security within the Company as outlined in the Plan-Net Staff Manual.
