Job Purpose:

Our Project Management Office works closely with the Business Improvement Group Leadership team and Project Managers supporting the demand management process, major projects and the tracking and reporting of the overall Global Plans project portfolio.

This opportunity gives the jobholder the chance to work on a variety of initiatives, providing the platform to build an enviable knowledge base across all our products, whilst enhancing his/her relationships across all levels of management and staff.

Key Accountabilities:


•Support the Business Improvement Group Leadership team with the administration and governance of the Demand Management Process and Portfolio Governance


•Close working relationship and support for the other Project Management Offices and BIG teams both regionally and globally


•Quality checks to ensure Portfolio Governance is followed


•Quality checks to ensure the Project Management Process is followed and correct templates are used


•Support the Business Improvement Group Leadership team to continually develop our project management methodology in line with Global Portfolio Management process

Support the BIG Project Managers to ensure controlled project governance with high quality project documentation and cost tracking

Creation of management information to support Global Plans Portfolio and Investment Board Governance


Develop team and business requirements and produce quality supporting documentation

Validate business cases to ensure all benefits are measureable

Work to agreed deadlines and coordinate others accordingly

•Work collaboratively and build relationships with internal stakeholders

Essential:

Desirable:


•Formal Business Analysis or Project Management qualification

Broad understanding of people, process and technology within Computershare

•Operational Experience – working or delivering in an Operations environment

•Financial Services industry experience
