As the Policy and Development Coordinator for St Monica Trust, you’ll lead our colleagues in implementing our policy vision - that is, that all policies are current, easy to understand and use, and accessible to all.
Day-to-day this means:
? Overall responsibility for the overview and planning of policy strategy across the Trust;
? Overseeing the application of policies in both the current business and future change management projects;
? Developing and implementing a policy strategy that promotes continuous improvement and aligns to change management projects at the Trust;
? Coordinating the creation, development, review and distribution of the Trust’s policies;
? Organising and chairing Policy Review Group meetings;
? Providing reports to the Executive on policy development and progress.

This role is 21 hours per week - some flexibility on days / times.
