A rapidly growing global business is looking for a Junior Developer to join them in their brand new central Bristol offices. Following a recent restructure, there’s a real focus on growing out their development teams with a lot of investment being allocated to training & personal development. Working with some big name brands such as VW Group, Audi, BMW & Porsche, you’ll be contributing to a variety of new and existing projects across the .Net stack.
What skills you’ll need
- Experience of end-to-end application design, gained commercially or as part of a computer related degree.
- Experience of C# or ASP.Net.
- An understanding of the development life cycle and Agile is desirable.
- Knowledge of WCF & Webservices.
- Experience of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and above.
What you’ll be doing
Joining a collaborative and hardworking Agile team you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining major business applications, eCommerce websites and databases. You will be contributing to a variety of new and existing projects, both for business clients as well as in-house, and will be involved with all aspects of the development life cycle, from analysis and design through to testing, UAT and support. They’re in the process of moving towards a .Net Core/React environment as well as automating their test function so you’ll have access to excellent training on some of the latest tech and tooling. This is a great opportunity for a graduate or junior developer looking to immerse themselves in a varied development role with excellent scope for progression.
