Customer Service Team Manager - Service Desk Manager - Bristol - Ecommerce - £40,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

My client is an award winning, dynamic and vibrant ecommerce provider based in Bristol with a ground-breaking vision for the future. This is an organisation where individuals are enabled to succeed and are rewarded and recognised for their contribution to the business. My client is looking to build a customer service team from 0 to 10 in 6 - 12 months, these people will support Web based applications the business develops!

Customer Service Team Manager responsibilities include:
** Delivery and improvement of the customer experience through management and coaching of a team to provide excellent service which exceeds customer's expectations
** Will directly manage a team of 5 - 10 with varying levels of expertise.
** Proactively acting as an agent for change within the team to ensure processes are regularly reviewed and improved upon
** Ensuring team members are developed to meet and respond to customer needs
** Managing employees with performance issues and handling sensitive staff issues
** Reacting effectively to unforeseeable challenges
** Balancing the needs of the individuals to the needs of the business
** Managing the development of Team Members to achieve career progression
** Be aware of current issues such as press releases, company issues, technical updates, etc.
** Managing change - ensuring improvements are customer driven, taking into account of corporate and area strategies.
** Identifying, initiating, planning and implementing change

To become our Customer Service Team Manager, you will have the below skills and experience: -
** Proven experience within a customer service environment at a supervisory level
** Excellent planning and organisational skills
** Excellent communication, coaching and feedback skills
** Brilliant management skills
