Hours of work

Full time Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.


21 days holiday as well as public bank holidays and discretionary 3 days holiday between Christmas and New Year.


Enrolment into Company benefit scheme for life assurance after probation and private health and income protection schemes after two years of service.


Ideal candidates would have at least three years of proven property administration capabilities with potential to develop their understanding of property regulation and law. Graduates encouraged.

Experience/key attributes:

General office administration

Confident in using a variety of computer software programmes (including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Web Browsers)

Attention to detail

Confident in raising issues/asking questions

Knowledge of the Property industry and GDPR are desirable but not essential as full training will be provided


Good communication skills

What does the Compliance department do?

Educating and guiding members of staff to ensure best practice is met. This includes drawing up policies and procedures and monitoring continued compliance of all areas of the business against industry legislation, regulation and best practice.Overseeing and providing staff with training and monitoring personnel development.Providing advice and support to staff on all compliance related matters.Dealing with requests from property owners or clients regarding the sale of their property and consents for changes or additions to their property.

Compliance Support duties

·To provide administrative support for the handover procedure of new and lost instructions

·Complete filing of Client information with Companies House

·Assist with the administration of applications for consents or other legal requests from homeowners

·Assist with the monitoring of compliance, taking the lead in agreed items.

·Assist with Health & Safety compliance monitoring

·Assist with the extraction of information from Leases/Transfer Deeds/Memorandum & Articles of Association

·Provide support on GDPR related matters

·Assist with the setting up of and continued administration of the Archiving Database

·General administrative support where required

·Data entry analysis and presentation

·Attend relevant training courses and present updates to the Company as a whole

·Assist with extraction of information from the Land Registry.

Additional Duties

·Support the Property Transfer Co-ordinator in dealing with enquiries on a property sale

·Liaise with the IT Department to develop inhouse software
