Business Development Manager (Technologies)
Salary: £40,000 + commission + car and benefits (flexible dependent upon experience)
Location: South Bristol + travel to client’s sites

Representing a leading MSP provider of IT services (Cloud, Data, Voice, Print, Hardware), you will be the focal point for new and existing customer sales. Working alongside a dedicated lead generation team to explore and convert warm leads to contract wins/increases, through a consultative sales process, including the identification of requirements across the customer’s site.

Experience of the identification of requirements from a technology perspective including Detailed knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Connectivity & MPLS, Office365, IT Hardware, DaaS, and respective technologies and a summary knowledge of UC technologies.

Key areas of responsibility:

·Planning and executing the generation of new business from both new and existing customers

·Liaise closely with external stakeholders to understand the challenges and requirements for their various venues, clients and events;

·Provide regular and clear insight to external stakeholders and end users regarding solutions and capabilities, thereby understanding and managing expectations;

·Manage and develop client relationships throughout the full life-cycle of the account, inc pre sales, onboarding, ongoing account and project management;

·Develop and optimise existing event solutions, continuously seeking improvements in efficiency and effectiveness;

·Identify new business opportunities within existing client base;

·Increase the income generated in conjunction with the up-sell and cross-sell of services and products offered.
